A campaign belongs to one book. Authors may change the current offer for future joins according to product rules. Historical join rewards are not rewritten. BookSway may limit abuse, including duplicate or automated joining.

Authors can securely connect their Amazon Ads account. Attribution functionality is being developed subject to Amazon API access and supported capabilities.

Amazon services are provided by Amazon, not BookSway. BookSway does not guarantee Amazon API access, Attribution eligibility, or reporting accuracy. Amazon, Kindle, KDP, Amazon Ads, and Amazon Attribution are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. BookSway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Amazon.

Campaign funding, creator earnings, and payouts are not implemented. These draft terms do not govern money movement. Payment terms will need a separate legal review before those features launch.

Do not attempt to access another account, extract Amazon credentials, scrape private dashboards, or use BookSway for fraud, spam, or anything unlawful.

Authors retain rights in their book materials. BookSway retains rights in the BookSway software and brand. You may not use Amazon trademarks except as needed to describe compatibility, and not in a way that implies Amazon endorsement.

BookSway is provided as available. Features may change. There is no uptime commitment in this draft.

To the extent permitted by law, BookSway is provided without warranties of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular marketing result, or Amazon program eligibility. This sentence is a draft and is not a finalized limitation of liability.
